I trust everyone had an excellent Labor Day holiday.   We had both granddaughters together for the first time in quite a while.  Was such a great pleasure.   Playing with little kids is one of the few things better than getting a steal on the home of your dreams.
 
Speaking of real estate,   sales have recovered at much lower prices.  This has been great for the Clearwater real estate market.   The word is that many homes and condos are going for 2003 prices.  
  
The vast majority of the sales have been either to first-time home buyers and/or foreclosure properties.
  
The government's $8,000 tax credit is set to expire on November 30, 2009.  Your purchase has to close by Nov 30, so the time to take advantage of the lower prices, low interest rates (currently 5.07% for 30 years fixed) and the TAX CREDIT,  is truly RIGHT NOW!!
 
I've put together some excellent foreclosure properties below.  All of them are priced well below what it would cost to build them.
