Hi - Many of you may feel that it is not a good time to buy Clearwater real estate. Let me assure you that is not the case. Properties are selling pretty good. One realtor that works with me has been selling one a week this year.
The question you have to ask yourself about Clearwater real estate is: what are you waiting for? If you are waiting for the "bottom of the market", you will probably be too late when you decide to buy. Sellers are willing to take big discounts on Clearwater real estate if they feel they need to. If they see the market turning around, then they will wait a little while longer in hopes of getting a better price.
Now is the exact right time to put in an offer that makes you happy and then - go for it. Despite what the press is telling you, Clearwater real estate is selling.
