Hi - Here's the latest on Clearwater Real Estate. Sales are beginning to pick up as more and more buyers are realizing that this is a true major buyer's market.
Clearwater real estate has dropped in price considerably. Plus, with very low mortgage rates, now is an excellent time to take advantage of properties that have been languishing on the market.
A couple of recent sales in Belle Harbor condos on Clearwater Beach have been encouraging for sellers and buyers: the selling prices much lower than what would be expected.
