Wow - the New Year is really starting out with a bang. I think a lot of people were waiting for the holidays to end. Clearwater real estate is on the move. I think there is going to be a lot of property sales this year.
People are always moving to Florida. Clearwater is such a great place to buy some real estate. There is so much water around - it really is beautiful.
Condo and house prices have really come down around here. It is really a great time to take a look at some Clearwater real estate. There some exceptional good deals for Canadians and Europeans. Their money is worth so much more now. We are getting a lot of contacts from those places.
Clearwater real estate is also an excellent investment. The prices will sure go up over time. Clearwater is part of Pinellas county - a beautiful county that is totally surrounded by water. There is only so much land here and over time that population continues to grow. More demand, higher real estate prices is the long run.
