Happy New Year - How's the new year going for you so far?
It is definitely started off like a boom here in Clearwater. The real estate market is really getting busy. I believe there were a lot of people waiting for the holidays to end.
The phone (and emails) have been ringing off the hook here in Clearwater. I think real estate is going to sell much better this year. Interest rates are still down. And it is still a buyer's market.
That is a great combo for real estate in general and Clearwater real estate in particular. One can definitely get a great deal these days.
Here's wishing you the best for the coming year. Hopefully it will include some new real estate down here in Clearwater.
