Prices are still dropping in Clearwater Real Estate. This just reported by MSNBC.com -
U.S. home prices fell in October for the 10th consecutive month, declining a record 6.7 percent compared with a year ago, according to the Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller home price index.
"No matter how you look at these data, it is obvious that the current state of the single-family housing market remains grim," said Robert Shiller, who helped create the index, in a statement Wednesday.
The previous record decline was a drop of 6.3 percent, recorded in April 1991.

It is amazing how Clearwater real estate prices jumped up so rapidly, only to fall down. No one knows where the bottom is, so many are sitting on the sidelines, waiting for signs the market is turning.
This is not necessarily the smartest real estate strategy. Especially in Clearwater - which, according to AOL.com, has the largest percentage of retires on any U.S. city with 100,000 or more.
Personally, I think it is an excellent time to buy some Clearwater real estate. Offer the seller a real low ball and get a helluva real estate deal.
