Hey it's Christmas! And we are back as the #1 real estate site in Clearwater. Now, all we need is some buyers. Real estate is a bit slow this season.
But, with the new real estate tax decrease law coming in January, things should pick up considerably. This law will make buying real estate in Clearwater and Florida, in general, much more attractive.
The weather in Clearwater has really been excellent. This place is getting better all of the time.
Two of the 3 houses for sale in our Dunedin subdivision have sold in the last month or so. The sellers got surprisingly good prices, also.
After the 1st of year, make plans to come down to Clearwater to check out the really hot deals on real estate. No joke!
