Happy Thanksgiving everyone. The holidays are upon us and that affords people more time off. I've noticed increased traffic on our real estate websites. This has definitely been a slow Clearwater real estate market this year.
There are definitely some very good real estate deals there to be gotten. Some sellers are accepting up to 25% markdown from their original asking price.
If you have good credit, mortgages are not that difficult to get. And the interest rates are still in the 6% range, which is still historically low for purchasing real estate and the home of your dreams.
I still say, this is an excellent time to purchase Clearwater real estate.
