Real estate in Clearwater has been pretty slow recently. Certain real estate properties are selling. Mostly ones under 200K.
There is so much bad news in the press about real estate, that I am pretty sure it is having a major adverse effect on the market down here in Clearwater.
It is actually an incredibly good time to buy real estate properties here. Sellers are very anxious to sell.
