Hi - Another update on Clearwater Real Estate. The Spring has shown many sales. In Island Estates alone, there have been 8 homes close in the last 2 months. These have virtually all been bank owned selling for less than 50% of their last sale.
Clearwater homes for sale are many, but the prices continue to fall. No one knows where the bottom is. There have been many predictions. I say "jump in" while the mortgage rates are historically low.
