Hi - Another update in Clearwater Real Estate. There has definitely been a lot more interest since the holidays ended and the new year began.
I'm predicting the Spring will see a fair amount of buying, especially if interest rates remain low and sellers fully realize the new value of their homes. Many sellers are still stuck in 2006 pricing.
Still lots of bank deals out there. They seem to be the properties buyers are most interested in. We have quite a list of them.
