Hi - Much has been said lately about the viability of Clearwater Real Estate. And actually any real estate.
The bottom line: people have to live some where. Renting is definitely an option in these turbulent times. But, mortgage rates are at an all time low - amazing. You can get a 30 year fixed mortgage for less than 5%!!!
