Happy New Year! Despite all you may have heard, 2009 is going to be a great year in general and an excellent year for Clearwater Homes for Sale. Mortgage rates are at historic lows! I believe sellers are going to lower their prices to meet up with buyers.
Sellers have been reluctant to roll back prices to 2004 levels - where they actually should be. But, they will do it this year. Clearwater Real Estate will be hot this year.
