Hi - Interesting stuff going on in Clearwater Real Estate. There are so many places for sale. Why? Because the prices are too high. Obviously, if a house was priced low enough someone would buy it. So, the main reason people are not buying is the prices are not low enough to excite the buyers.
Now the main places that are selling are short sales and bank owned. They generally are below market prices. Surprisingly, more sellers are not lowering their prices to the point to entice enough buyers.
We are getting more calls than ever before. But, we still need prices to come down to get the ball really rolling.
