Wow - Amazing how busy we have been with Clearwater Real Estate.
Some bank deals have not been going as smoothly as we anticipated. There is a particular deal where the bank wants 1.15M. The property is worth more like 700-750K. We have been fighting back and forth. Would be a great win for everyone if our clients get the Tarpon Springs property for the 700K they are offering.
