Hi - Welcome to another update in Clearwater Real Estate. The other day I showed a very upscale couple from Atlanta some awesome Clearwater Beach Condos. Unfortunately, those decided to move to Destin.
On Friday, a 2/2 full furnished condo came on the market at the Grand Venezia for only 104,500. Amazing. My clients jumped on it. Not sure how it will turn out as 7 offers arrived in the first 3 days!
