Hi - Another update on Clearwater Real Estate. Amazing price drop at Sunset Pointe - KB Home development. The 2 bedroom townhomes have dropped in price from 175K to 130K. Really great pricing. In the words of their sales agent, "we are competitive with any of the short sales and our properties are new!"
