Hello again - As the holidays are descending on us, more sellers and banks are getting anxious to sell their Clearwater Real Estate. Honestly, this is the most activity we have had in 3 years.
Today I looked at a couple of beautiful places on a canal right off the Gulf of Mexico in New Port Richey. They were both huge. One even had a tennis court and helicopter pad!
