Hi - Another Clearwater Real Estate update. We have been unusually busy lately - showing properties all over the spectrum.
Now is really a great time to get a deal. If you have the inclination, you can come out a lot better with a low ball Clearwater real estate deal than investing in the stock market.
We are showing a 5 year old 8000 square foot short sale tomorrow. Originally, the owner wanted almost 2 million. Now, they will probably accept less than 1 million!
