Hello again - Another update for Clearwater Real Estate.
Just looked at another beautiful place yesterday on the Gulf of Mexico. Bank owned. Really gorgeous place. Amazing what you can get for the price these days down here in Clearwater.
Negotiating with banks is still tricky. The government announced yesterday that they are not going to be buying bad mortgages. So, the banks may become much more amenable to deals - real soon.
