Hi - With the Fed reduction of interest rates yesterday, Clearwater real estate is poised to become even more busy than it has been.
Clearwater real estate is traditionally most busy in the Spring time. This is true of most real estate markets. We have noticed a substantial increase in traffic in the last month or so.
I believe the Fed is determined to improve the Clearwater real estate market, the Florida real estate market and the entire US real estate market.
We shall see very shortly.
