Hi - There are have been a surprisingly large number of Clearwater real estate sales recently. They are mostly discounted properties or distress sales.
As a seller, you really should not expect high retail. The buyers I have recently had contact with are primarily looking for a sub market deal on Clearwater Real Estate. Now is an excellent time to accomplish that. Many properties are languishing on the market.
