Sheldon Goldberg's real estate website.
Clearwater is the premier town of the Tampa Bay Area. I've lived in many parts
of this country and this is the area I would recommend without reservation.
People are moving here, not just from all over the U.S, but from all over the world.
Clearwater Dreaming was created to promote living here and to make it easy to buy
and sell properties in this area. It's a bit more ambitious than that. If you read
my book below, you will acquire insight into my big think mentality. Hopefully,
you won't decide I am certifiable.
The website was designed and mostly developed by myself. I have an extensive
computer background as well as 25 years experience buying and selling houses. I am
also the founder of one of the original internet software companies. It was called
HURLnET. I sold it in 1999 right before the internet crashed.
