Developer Patrinely Group broke ground Wednesday on The Plaza Harbour Island, a 20-story, 300-unit condominium tower on Tampa's Harbour Island. The first of three phases will include 118 condominium units, between $400,000 and $3 million, and should be completed in the spring of 2007. Eighty percent of the first-phase units have been sold.
